Any records of declared, disclosed or managed conflicts of interest made by any Commissioner of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (including the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and any Acting Deputy Commissioners) since the Commission's commencement.

Specifically, documents relating to any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest involving:

• the Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care (including its predecessor, the Department of Health and Aged Care), or any current or former officer, employee, contractor or consultant of that department; and
• the Department of Social Services, or any current or former officer, employee, contractor or consultant of that department.
