Receive reports about corruption in the Commonwealth public sector Mediate disputes between you and others, including public sector agencies
Assess if the report raises a corruption issue Review decisions made by public sector agencies
Investigate and report on serious or systemic corruption issues Investigate state or territory agencies
Support other agencies to prevent and investigate corrupt conduct Conduct criminal prosecutions or impose penalties

Operation Kingscliff

The NACC has published an investigation report into Operation Kingscliff, finding corrupt conduct by a Senior Executive Service officer in the Department of Home Affairs on multiple occasions.
